About Brinkstone...
Brinkstone is a privately owned property on Watts Bar Lake for family and close friends. The 6 acre property has one home, a large private dock, and access to all that makes east Tennessee the perfect getaway spot. The owners, Hank and Lois Brink, live in Roswell, Georgia. The property consist of a main house along with numerous barns and sheds on the grounds. The property also has a large private dock.
The House
The main house is a 3-story brick home. It can sleep up to 14 in beds, has a rear deck, a full kitchen, and laundry room.
Main Level - Dining Room
The dining room has two tables. One can sit 6 and the other 4. There is also another table in the living room that can sit 4.

The main level also has an office/study for quiet retreats from the rest of the house.
Main Level - Kitchen
The kitchen has an electric range/oven, microwave, blender, coffee pot, and dishwasher. There is also enough table ware for about 10-14 people.
Main Level - Bedroom 1
This bedroom has full bed, a wardrobe, and beautiful decor.
Main Level - Bedroom 2
This sunny room has queen bed, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers.
Upstairs - "Boys" Bedroom
The upstairs "boys" room has 4 beds, a couch, a television, and room for play.
Upstairs - "Girls" Bedroom
The upstairs "girls' room is wonderfully decorated with 2 twin beds and a large chest of drawers.
Basement - Sleeper Sofa
This large room in the basement is a great place for games and conversation. The sleeper sofa also make this a great bedroom.
